To my black cat

My dear black cat,
I wish you come back
Coz every day is not the same without you my little comrade
I still remember how I found you on my doormat
Scratching my floor and meowing in front of my flat
that day, my dad asked me to throw you into a sack
but your tiny blue eyes couldn’t let me do that
I was so glad to take you in my lap
And make your bed with my old large hat
With you around, we never needed any mouse traps
Laughing so much at how you used to chase rats
Where are you now my mad cat?
I miss your acrobat dance whenever I used to clap
And the ways you tip tap your soft paws with small claws under my cap
Watching at the baseball bat you played with make me so sad
I assure you that stepping on your tail was just a mishap
Why you run away my fat cat?
I don’t want to lose you so bad
I’m tired of looking out for you with my map
Please forgive me; I know I deserve nice slaps
But I promise ill reward you with some lovely gifts wrapped
If ever you decide to come back
I really love you my silly cat
You are the best cat I ever had!
